"Reformer Cardio" class - is a series of jumping exercises, with the support of a "Jumping Board Rebounder" - a training tool with an elastic contact surface, attached into the Reformer bed. The Cardio class will go from slow to fast to help improve blood circulation and the respiratory system. In addition, the exercises will help the muscles around the knee joint reduce load-bearing pressure, minimize injuries when jumping. If you are having problems with knee injuries or joint pain, but still want to practice Cardio, this class is for you. Join us today and elevate your fitness on the Reformer Cardio! CANCELLATION POLICY Kindly notify the studio in writing 6-hours or more before a scheduled class or private appointment to allow us to notify instructors and contact clients on waiting list. Cancellations made after that time or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of service. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. If any class is cancelled at the last minute, the client will not be charged for that class.
