BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

Kindly notify the studio in writing 12-hours or more before a scheduled class or private appointment to allow us to notify instructors and contact clients on waiting list. Cancellations made after that time or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of service. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation.

 

If any class is cancelled at the last minute, the client will not be charged for that class.
