Vu Ngoc Khai is a highly experienced professional in dance with a career spanning over 28 years. He has worked at theaters in Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland and Vietnam and has also participated in international projects worldwide. As a follower STOTT PILATES® – CANADA instructor since 2020, he brings his dance expertise to the realm of Pilates.
As a Pilates teacher, he focuses on the Pilates Rehab method - a way to help clients recover from injuries, stretch/lengthen tight muscle groups, improve mobility, and balance. He always creates a clear progression path, helping clients feel positive changes through each session. His difference is not only his in-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal but also the way he inspires clients with his dedication and understanding of physical rehabilitation.

CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Ms. Thuy Vu is a professional couching/ trainer. She follow STOTT PILATES® – CANADA. Since March 2020, she has been sharing her expertise as an instructor at Pilatesaigon.
As a Pilates teacher, she emphasizes the importance of proper body alignment in every movement. She is committed to providing her clients with comprehensive training, focusing especially on improving flexibility and building spinal strength in all planes: extension, flexion, rotation and side bend. Her knowledge and experience in Pilates make her an excellent choice for clients seeking to improve their fitness and wellness.

THU NGAN
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Ms. Thu Ngan (Kate) is a highly accomplished teacher, having been internationally certified by BODY & FLOW and STOTT PILATES® in Mat & Reformer Pilates.
In addition to expansive training in Anatomy & Scoliosis, she helps clients improve body awareness, posture, specialized functional exercises, scoliosis-friendly & corrective workout and stretching. Having deep interest in free movements (spinal movements i.e.), Kate includes diverse modifications & creative sequences in her Pilates classes. This creates an elasticity effect similar to self-massage therapy, which helps improve both physical health and overall well-being. Through each movement, clients experience noticeable improvements in their physical condition.

CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Ms. Trang Le (Kimberly) is a highly qualified professional trainer of STOTT PILATES® - CANADA at Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels. She has joined Pilatesaigon as a teacher in Oct 2024.
With her acknowlegde expertise and Anatomy, she aims to help clients improve their strength and flexibility to clients of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. She believes that Pilates helps the body move correctly by integrating awareness and breath. Each session with her offers a challenge, encouraging clients to focus on their movements and improve their body control.
