Vu Ngoc Khai is a contemporary dance artist with more than 28 years of professional experience performing across European theatres in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland. He is also a recipient of multiple international awards in choreography and performance.
He is a certified international Pilates instructor under STOTT PILATES® (Canada) and is currently completing his GYROTONIC® Level 1 certification, a foundation that reflects both deep anatomical understanding and a fully integrated approach to the body. With a background rooted in movement anatomy and embodied practice, Khai specializes in Pilates for rehabilitation,
a restorative movement approach that releases tension, rebalances muscular patterns, restores natural range of motion, and brings the body back to its axis in a sustainable way. Each program is tailored to the individual, allowing the body to self organize, self sense and self heal through refined movement.
Sessions with Khai combine rehabilitative expertise, somatic awareness and subtle, skillful guidance, suitable for beginners, long time practitioners and people working with injuries.

Intelligent Movement & Body Awareness
Thuy Vu is a certified Pilates instructor trained under the STOTT PILATES® (Canada) program and has been teaching at Pilatesaigon since 2020.
Coming from a performing arts background, she observes and decodes movement with precision, allowing her to identify the root causes of physical limitations rather than merely correcting them on the surface. In her teaching, she emphasizes body alignment and movement quality across all planes, flexion, extension, lateral bending and rotation, helping students regain mobility, stability, and proper muscular connection.
She continually deepens her knowledge through advanced contemporary movement training, including the 28 Principles of Contemporary Pilates course by Master Park Cheol Young, Education Director of the Korean Pilates Association. From this foundation, she designs sessions that are non formulaic and guided by each body’s real sensation and response.
Thuy’s classes offer refined guidance where the body opens naturally and transforms from within - something you can only truly experience in her class.

Trang Le is an internationally certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, fully trained across all major Pilates systems: Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels.
Beyond her foundational certification, she continues to deepen her expertise through numerous advanced courses and specialized workshops, including: Injuries & Special Populations; Fascial Movement; 28 Principles of Contemporary Pilates; Expanded workshops such as Essential Mat-work with Fascial Focus, Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer, Athletic Conditioning on the Cardio-Tramp Rebounder, The Knee: Reformer Programming for Stability & Function, and Prenatal Pilates on the Split-Pedal Stability Chair.
Trang’s teaching style emphasizes full-body movement integration, building safe alignment-based foundations, and helping students challenge their limits while maintaining refined control. When the foundations are set correctly, strength, endurance, and body control develop naturally and sustainably.
For Trang, every session is an opportunity for students to “understand their body first, get stronger next”, becoming more skillful in how they move throughout daily life, not just during class.

Gentle Alignment & Mindful Movement
Thanh Trang is one of the first instructors in Vietnam to receive an international certification from CARE Pilates Korea, and she has been teaching at Pilatesaigon since January 2025.
With more than 15 years of experience as a preschool teacher, she brings a teaching style grounded in patience, empathy and attentive guidance, allowing students to feel safe and truly listened to from the very first session. In class, she focuses on gentle yet precise alignment, guiding the body back to its natural axis through functional exercises tailored to each student’s individual needs.
Her classes are ideal for those seeking a foundational approach that honors the body’s natural pace while still creating steady, meaningful progress over time.

We are proud to feature the STOTT PILATES® method, which is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates.

All new practitioners are offered a consultation to understand their needs and especially discuss any past injuries or other healthy issues to be taken into consideration.
