Khai Ngoc Vu is a contemporary dance artist with over 30 years of professional experience performing and collaborating with renowned theaters across Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland. Throughout his career, he has received multiple international awards for choreography and performance, establishing himself as a highly respected movement professional.
He is currently an internationally certified STOTT PILATES® (Canada) Instructor , holds a GYROTONIC® (USA) Level 1 Certification, and is completing his GYROKINESIS® training. His extensive qualifications reflect a deep understanding of anatomy, movement science, and a holistic approach to human body mechanics.
Drawing from his profound knowledge of movement and body awareness as a professional dancer, Khai specializes in rehabilitation-focused movement therapy. His work emphasizes releasing muscular tension, restoring balance between muscle groups, improving natural range of motion, and helping the body return to optimal alignment in a sustainable way. Each program is carefully tailored to the individual's needs, allowing the body to self-correct, develop awareness, and heal through refined movement practices.

Internationally Certified PILATES & GYROTONIC® Instructor
Intelligent Movement & Body Awareness
Thuy Vu is a professionally trained Pilates instructor certified in STOTT PILATES® (Canada) and currently completing her GYROTONIC® (USA) certification. She has been teaching at Pilatesaigon since 2020. With a background in the performing arts, she possesses a refined ability to observe and interpret movement, enabling her to identify the underlying causes of physical limitations rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms.
In her teaching, Thuy emphasizes proper movement pathways and quality of motion across all planes of movement—flexion, extension, lateral bending, and rotation. Her approach helps clients restore mobility, stability, and functional connections throughout the body. She continuously expands her expertise through advanced movement education, including the “28 Principles of Contemporary Pilates” program led by Master Park Cheol-Young, Education Director of the Korea Pilates Association. This ongoing study allows her to create highly individualized sessions that respond to the body's real needs rather than relying on rigid exercise formulas.

Tu Anh is an internationally certified STOTT PILATES® (Canada) Instructor, fully trained across Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels Levels 1 & 2.
With a dedicated teaching approach, positive energy, and a deep understanding of each client's individual needs, Tu Anh is committed to creating safe, effective, and sustainable training programs. She believes that Pilates is not only about developing a strong and healthy body on the outside, but also about cultivating strength and resilience from within.
Before pursuing her career in Pilates, Tu Anh worked as an Oracle Functional Consultant at KPMG and founded the fashion brand Malibu Apparel Vietnam. Her unique combination of analytical thinking, interpersonal understanding, and passion for movement enables her to design scientific, personalized, and results-driven training programs for every client.
Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Tu Anh has completed numerous advanced courses in muscular balance, corrective exercise, and the application of Pilates to enhance physical performance.

Diep Anh has completed comprehensive STOTT PILATES® (Canada) training across Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced levels in Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac, Chair & Barrels.
With a diverse background in sports and fitness, she brings a practical understanding of how the body moves, the unique demands of different disciplines, and the long-term benefits of consistent movement. She integrates this knowledge into every session, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve sustainable results.
Her teaching approach is structured and highly personalized—meeting clients where they are today and progressively challenging them to move beyond their current capabilities. Diep Anh believes that meaningful transformation happens at the edge of one’s comfort zone, not within it.

Tuy Tram is a STOTT PILATES® (Canada) trained instructor with a passion for movement and holistic well-being, complemented by her academic background in Sociology.
She goes beyond teaching Pilates exercises by helping clients develop greater body awareness, improve posture, strengthen their core, and enhance overall movement quality in a safe and effective way.
Her training programs are thoughtfully designed to support clients in achieving their physical goals, recovering from injuries, alleviating pain caused by postural imbalances, or simply finding greater balance between body and mind in today’s fast-paced world.
