PAYMENTS At Pilatesaigon, we accept the following payment methods: Visa or Mastercard via our POS, bank transfer or other e-transfer (Paypal), and cash. Ltd MB Bank Acc. 06811 2324 2526 Reference: (your name, and class or package) Please contact us on Zalo or Whatsapp to send proof of payment. CANCELLATION POLICY Kindly notify the studio in writing 12-hours or more before a scheduled class or private appointment to allow us to notify instructors and contact clients on waiting list. Cancellations made after that time or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of service. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. Should the instructor need to cancelled at the last minute, the client will not be charged for that session.
