The ratio of this session is 1 instructor to 2, 3 or 4 people to ensure enhanced attention from the instructor. PAYMENTS At Pilatesaigon, we accept the following payment methods: Visa or Mastercard via our POS, bank transfer or other e-transfer (Paypal), and cash. CANCELLATION POLICY Kindly notify the studio in writing 6-hours or more before a scheduled class or private appointment to allow us to notify instructors and contact clients on waiting list. Cancellations made after that time or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of service. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. If any class is cancelled at the last minute, the client will not be charged for that class.
