  1. Class and appointment guideline.

  • All classes start on time. Please arrive early to prepare for class. It is up to the instructor to allow admittance if you are more than 10 minutes later for a group class as you may have missed the warm up.

  • We run classes that have even 1 person but signed up at least 12 hours prior to class.

  • All classes and sessions are 55 minutes in length with 5 min. to spare to allow for cleaning  up, future scheduling and/or payment.

  • Bookings will be made once payment is received. Accepted payment methods: Visa/MC, e-Transfer, or cash. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) or a no-show, the prepaid lesson fee will be forfeited.

  • Please inform the instructor of any changes to your health or injury status.

  • Please place your bags and belongings in the changing rooms.

  • Please keep talking to a minimum and moderate level out of courtesy to other clients and instructors. You will get the most out of your lesson if you maintain focus and control during the exercise.

  • Mute your cell phone.

  • All prepaid-lesson credits have an expiration date:

  •    - 5 CLASS PASS 2 MONTHS from issuance

  •    - 10 CLASS PASS 3 MONTHS from issuance

  •    - 20 CLASS PASS 6 MONTHS from issuance

  • After the expiration date has passed, any unused lesson credits will be forfeited.

 

  1. Clothing and class preparation.

  • We recommend comfortable outfitting that allows the full range of motion. No bulky or baggy clothing. No jewelry or belts. Restrain long hair.

  • Pilates is generally practiced barefoot or in socks. Please wipe down all equipment after use.

  • Please don’t come to class if you are ill. Instructors and classmate thank you for keeping your germs at home.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to stow your personal items and be ready to start on time.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

Kindly notify the studio in writing 12-hours or more before a scheduled class or private appointment to allow us to notify instructors and contact clients on waiting list. Cancellations made after that time or no-shows will be subject to the full charge of service. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify you of class cancellation. If any class is cancelled at the last minute, client will not be charged for that class.
